Are your watches authentic?
Yes. At Maison Timepieces, authenticity is non-negotiable. Every timepiece we offer is 100% genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers and verified channels. Each watch undergoes a quality inspection before shipment to ensure that you receive it in excellent condition. We do not deal with replicas or imitation products.
Where are you based?
Maison Timepieces is proudly based in Singapore. We serve customers locally and internationally, with orders carefully prepared and dispatched to supported destinations. If you need assistance before or after your purchase, our team is available to help.
When will my order arrive?
As some of our watches are specially sourced after an order is placed, please allow additional time for sourcing, quality inspection, preparation, and international delivery.
Estimated total delivery times from the date of order are:
- Singapore: approximately 3-7 working days
- Malaysia: approximately 10–18 working days
- Australia: approximately 12–20 working days
- Other international destinations: approximately 15–25 working days
These are estimated delivery timeframes and may vary depending on product availability, customs clearance, courier operations, public holidays, and local delivery conditions. We will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging, you may request a return in accordance with our return policy. Can I try on the watches before buying?
Maison Timepieces is currently an online-only store. While we do not offer physical trials, we provide detailed specifications, close-up images, measurements, and product descriptions to help you choose the right watch. If you have any questions about a particular model before purchasing, feel free to contact us.
Do you offer warranty or repair services?
Yes. All watches come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This includes eligible issues with the movement or internal mechanisms but excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, drops, modifications, or water damage caused by exposure beyond the watch's stated water-resistance rating. If you experience an issue with your watch, contact us and we will guide you through the next steps.
Can I preorder a model that's coming soon?
Yes. Selected watches may be available for preorder before they are ready for dispatch. Products available for preorder will have their estimated dispatch timeframe clearly stated on the product page. Placing a preorder allows you to secure the watch before incoming stock becomes available.
Do you ship outside Singapore?
Yes. Maison Timepieces ships from Singapore to selected international destinations, including Malaysia, Australia, and other supported countries.
For international orders, please allow approximately 10–25 working days for sourcing, order preparation, quality inspection, and delivery, depending on your destination and product availability.
