Yes. At Maison Timepieces, authenticity is non-negotiable. Every timepiece we offer is 100% genuine and sourced directly from trusted suppliers and verified channels. Each watch undergoes a quality inspection before shipment, ensuring that you receive only the best. We do not deal with replicas or imitation products — ever.
Where are you based?
We are proudly based in Singapore. All orders are packed and dispatched locally, allowing us to offer fast and reliable islandwide delivery. Being local also means we’re just a message away if you ever need support or assistance.
When will my order arrive?
For in-stock items, we typically deliver within 2–3 working days across Singapore. For models that are currently in production or transit, the estimated delivery timeline is clearly stated on the product page (e.g., “Ships in approx. 30 days”). Rest assured — we keep you updated every step of the way.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Absolutely. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, and the item is unused and in its original packaging, you may return it for a refund or exchange. For full terms, please refer to our Return Policy.
Can I try on the watches before buying?
Maison Timepieces is currently an online-only store. While we don’t offer physical trials, we provide detailed specs, close-up images, and clear descriptions to help you make the right choice. If it’s not a perfect fit, our return policy has you covered.
Do you offer warranty or repair services?
Yes. All watches come with a 6-month local warranty covering manufacturing defects. This includes issues with movement or internal mechanisms, but excludes damage due to misuse, drops, or water exposure beyond the watch’s rating. If your watch needs servicing, contact us and we’ll guide you on next steps.
Can I preorder a model that’s coming soon?
Yes, you can. If a watch is part of our upcoming release or restock, we’ll mark it as “Coming Soon” or “Preorder Available.” You can either place a preorder or join the waitlist to get early access once stock arrives. Preordering secures your piece before it sells out.
Do you ship outside Singapore?
At the moment, we only ship within Singapore. However, we’re exploring international options. If you’re based overseas and are interested in our products, feel free to contact us — we may be able to make special arrangements.
