At Maison Timepieces, we take great pride in curating exceptional timepieces and providing our customers with premium service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with a smooth and respectful return experience.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and authenticity cards
- Be returned within 7 days of receipt
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that sale items, engraved watches, and customized pieces are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@maisontimepieces.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. The item must be shipped back within 3 business days after approval.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange for a swift resolution.
