Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, tags, and documentation (where applicable).

  • Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized products.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number.

  • The item(s) you wish to return.

  • The reason for your return request.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Returned items must be shipped within 3 business days after return approval.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

We will review the matter promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
